How it works

Planned around your sailing.

01

Tell us your ship and sailing time

Send your cruise line, ship and embarkation time. We'll confirm which terminal you're leaving from — Seward or Whittier — and quote the right transfer.

02

Door to port, every bag handled

An optional personal meet-and-greet on request, a sanitized luxury SUV, complimentary water, and a chauffeur who handles the luggage while you watch the water. An optional cargo trailer carries extra bags and gear.

The drive is part of the trip

Turnagain Arm, in first class.

Both routes trace Turnagain Arm — bore tides, beluga whales, Dall sheep and hanging glaciers. From the back seat of a chauffeured SUV your transfer becomes a customizable itinerary: add stops at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, the Alyeska Resort tram, Beluga Point, Portage Lake and more, on your schedule rather than a packed shuttle's. We also know the best fine-dining stops from Anchorage all the way to the cruise terminals.

Cruise transfer questions

Before you sail.

Seward or Whittier — which port am I leaving from?

Check your cruise documents: most Princess and some Holland America sailings use Whittier; Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Silversea and many others use Seward. Send us your ship and date and we'll confirm the right transfer.

Can I fly into Anchorage and go straight to the ship the same day?

Yes, and many travelers do. We meet you inside the terminal, handle the luggage, and drive you door to port. We recommend at least five hours between landing and boarding to be safe with delays.

How does the Whittier tunnel affect timing?

The Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel is single-lane and alternates direction on a published schedule. We always plan your departure around the tunnel window so the boarding deadline is never at risk.

What does the tunnel cost?

Whittier tunnel fee: $13 Black SUV · $38 Sprinter Van · $27 SUV with cargo trailer. It's added to your Whittier fare.

Can you handle luggage, and a big group?

Yes. Every bag is handled door to port, with an optional cargo trailer for extra luggage and gear. The eleven-passenger Sprinter Van carries larger cruise parties together.

What if our cruise departs very early?

Early-morning sailings are routine. We operate 24/7 with no after-hours surcharge, and we build the pickup around your boarding time.
